The Taste of Wisconsin event which is a sample of commodities grown in our state will be Tuesday, February 27th at the Rock Garden in Green Bay, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm with Crystal Siemers-Peterman, the 70th Alice in Dairyland, and Randy Allen, radio legend, co-hosting the evening. The organizers from Brown County Extension and Brown County Dairy Promotions are proud this function has reached its fifth year. There will be stations from area restaurants preparing a tasty dish or beverage using at least one Wisconsin commodity or dairy item.
Establishments bringing items are: 1951 West, the Cannery Public Market, Culver’s custard, Great Harvest Bread Co., Los Banditos, Mona Rose Winery, The Pancake Place, Renard’s Catering, Titletown Brewery, Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe, and Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board sampling cheese.

Proceeds from Taste of Wisconsin benefit Brown County UW Extension programing and Brown County Dairy Promotions community events. Cost per adult ticket is $15.00, children under age 5 are free.
